Just a quick update to let everyone know that I have left Ghana, and spent my first 10 days in Italy. I had an incredible time with Jonny and Laura. We spent a day in Milan, Lake Como, Verona, two days in Venice, Laura and I went to Naples/Pompei, then we met up with Jonny and Phil in Rome and spent two days there. We ended our trip back in Milan where Laura and I went to the Ballet. I have seen the Roman Forum, several colosseums, Palatine Hill, Capital Hill, the Tevi Fountain, Swiss Alps, the Vatican (and the sistine Chapel), St.Peters, the city of Pompei and its incredible restoration, sat in boats on the cannels of Venice, and eaten the best food in my life (sorry if that insults anyone, but you can't beat Italy's food, although Kyle's Grill Cheese squeaks in at a close second ;-) Love to Jonny, Laura, and family and friends, will update with stories and pics when I get home on January 3rd, can't wait to see you all soon.
