I walked into Park Hall after an hour's drive, not feeling too enthusiastic. Mummy and Granddad bought tickets and animal food. First we walked around a bit and went to the Small Animals Center, and held a squirmy baby guinea pig. It was really cute. Then we ran over to the wooden playground and went across the "wiggly bridge" (named by Francesca) and down the tube slide. It was completely dark in the middle and Francesca didn't want to go on it because she was scared of the dark. She eventually did, though, and wasn't scared a bit. We went on a couple times, then had lunch. We had a cheese sandwich, cheese Quavers, biscuits, and juice. Then we went to the lamb feeding. It was absolutely PACKED. Every seat was full, and some people were standing up. The lambs were named after pop stars, some of the names were Leona Lewis and Elton John. There were two smaller lambs, Bill and Ben. Ben was blind in one eye and had a broken tail. :-( Bill was younger than the rest and was completely black. After we finished that we went to the Small Animals Center again. This time i held two guinea pigs and two rabbits. One was a big soft black lion head rabbit, and the other was a black and white spotty rabbit. It started suddenly absolutely chucking rain down. It was raining so hard that the roof started leaking. Eventually, I got fed up of the small animals center, and went to play on the jumpy. We went to the lamb feeding again, when it was quieter, so it was more fun. Then when it stopped pouring we went outside to feed the animals. There was a sheep who was so greedy we nicknamed her Greedy-guts. Most of the sheep were nervous around us, so we only got to feed one or two. We fed a goat and some geese as well. There were two huge horses called Charm and Rio, and we fed them too. Oh, I nearly forgot, we also went inside the pig pen and stroked and fed two little piglets called salt and pepper. Pepper was black with pale pink spots, and Salt was pale pink with black spots. We also tried milking a cow. I got more milk out then I did last time. It was definitely worth an hour's drive!
