3 nights in Miami gave us a taste of Latin American culture and proved to be a nice buffer between home and our first stop in South America.

We stayed near South Beach,  and spent our days strolling the beachfront, chilling poolside, cruising around in our PT Cruiser rental, and day-tripping to the Florida Keys to sample some Key Lime Pie and check out the most southern point in North America.

Oh yeah, our onward flight to Brazil was cancelled, Reeshma´s backpack was lost by the airline, and we were ¨forced¨ to spend another 2 nights at the downtown Radisson courtesy of American Airlines.
