Got into Punta Arenas in Tierra del Fuego (land of fire). Planned to spend a couple of days here - catch a boat across the straits of Magellan and the beagle channel to get to Puerto Williams, the most southern settlement in the world (excluding the research village out in the Antarctica).

The city was still waking up from the winter hangover and as such there were no tours or trips available (had to wait until mid Oct). So a few days in Punta Arenas became a night out and as far south as we go!

Are you missing your masala chips, Slush bhajias or even basic sak rotli, darr bhat..
