I just wanted to put an entry in announcing that I am going to start running an after school soccer program for one of the primary schools in Barberton. I know of a handful of family friends who have been interested in sending supplies to the programs that I am working on. Since this soccer program will need some soccer balls to get off the ground I thought that I would set up the "support my travels" so if anyone was interested in donating some money directly to the work I am doing out here it would be really easy to do.
The main problem with this program is I find I have too much free time in the evenings and weekends, so I think that an extra project will make my life and the students in Barberton more interesting. The other volunteer who teaches at the school we will be working at isn't sure how many students will want to join, he is guessing maybe 80 girls , and probably twice as many boys. So, when I have a better idea how much money we need to raise I will let my blog readers know, and I will also be working on fundraising ideas here in Barberton.
I hope everything is well at home.

Soccer anyone?
Anne, hey there! It's Stephanie Rudolph, Zach's mom;). Your mom gave me the address to your blog to follow your travels. You are a GREAT poster! I have enjoyed traveling with you:). Sounds like you will have a few soccer teams going with all the kids that might be interested! Good for you! I bet in no time you will be so well adjusted there that when it is time to come home you will be saying, 'But I just got here:)'. Keep writing, because it is great fun to read!
