At dawn the fog slowly rises and wow...a city sourrounded by crazy mountains a la guilin. Nice.
Today i just visited 1 Citypark, 1 Cave and 1 Temple..but all were really unique...tomorrow i will upload pics and videos...
The Temple was completely empty, only dogs who became quite agressive until i threw really big stones at them, then they became suddeny enlightened and lay around like a good doggy schould.
There were a lot of Statues which depict buddhist hell..wait for the video...this is art!!! and a long dragon where you enter trough the mouth and exit near the cave, in which small bridges cross a river several times
At the Park it became dark...there are many walkways below (trough) the mountain, and at dusk even my imagination got vivid again...loads of strange shapes and noises, flying stuff, lakes, crystal rocks...and this in thecity park...cool!
I think i will stay some more days here and rent a motorbike and then backtrack to krabi..passed it because i was thinking its not worth it...but after this here i have to see...
The last 20 days i revisited manang with wew...same place as 6 years before and still very different...tourism arries even in the remote south of thailand...2004 there was not one guesthouse...now the area abounds of homestays...still no farangs...but that will change...
The south of thailand is muslim-now much more evident then 6 years before. I even spotted completely veiled penguins, normally a sight i associate with pakistan, not thailand.
I dont understand why woman voluntary give up their freedom and clothe themselves in black and heavy garb...especially in this hot climate.
Next step in direction pakistan would be that they are only on the streets with a male relative...we will see in 6 years.
Ok, thats all for now, but visit again, i will upload the video...must see
