Finally, we made up our mind to do this, in many of our families' and friends' eye, an unthinkable thing - leaving a comfortable, stable life and job for a complete world of unknown. I am glad that we made that decision and am so excited just thinking about what's in front of us - well, a little worried, too.
It all started in a casual comment in a jet-lag sleepless night after our trip to China, lying in bed, eyes wide open with images of Huang-shan, Shanghai, 9zaigou and Chengdu flashing by our eyes, I turned to Joanna and asked, "what are we doing here? why don't we go and see what people are doing in other parts of the world?" and she casually answered, "sure." We soon forgot about this idea, until one day, when Lulu told us about her plan to visit the world.
Lulu, thanks for re-igniting the fire for Joanna and I on this matter. By now, you are already 1 wk into your journey.
There are still plenty of research and planning need to be completed. I really appreciate how much Joanna has done in researching while I sack'ed 120% of my time at work.
