Today we drove to Chattanooga where Coker Tire is based.  Had a fantastic tour of the museum.  You wouldn't believe the historical collection of motorcycles and automotives that Corky Coker has put together.  It's always so inspiring to see people going to great lengths to preserve American history.  I highly recommend visiting.  I don't think they're normally open on the weekends though, so be sure to check their hours.
Coker Tire was our last official stop on the Rumble, so we drove north to our hotel in Lenoir City. We had extra time so we took the scenic route up hwy 11 through the mountains.  Attached a couple of Go Pro cameras to the Chevelle to catch the incredible scenery. It was late afternoon and the sun really made the colors on the leaves glow. Funny story, just before we got out of the "hills" we stopped and our "tour guide" Matt Graves had to go back home, so he got out of his van and said good-bye to everyone.  Well this was right in front of this home where some people were outside having a big party and drinking the moonshine they personally made.  This guy (totally blasted of course AND no teeth!) comes over and tries to get us to stay and has this huge mason jar of apple flavored moonshine.  Our friend Joe and DAVE take a sip!  Dave said it made his lips numb!  I said just top off the gastank and we'll be on our way.  Got some funny pictures though; I'll post later.
Finally made it to the hotel.  Had a great dinner at Calhoun's on Lake Loudon; part of the TVA dam system.  Got back to the hotel where we took over the dining room, cracked open the wine we got at the winery the other day and commiserated into to the night.
Another great Rumble had by all.  Looking to move it towards Bowling Green next year.
Thanks for traveling with us!
