Once you go cama, you never go back.  After countless night buses over the last 4 months cama is simply pure luxury, for $5 extra.  There is a higher class, called suite, where the seat literally turns into a bed but we are on a budget.  24 hours, and one good sleep later we arrived in Iguazu.
Our hostel in Iguazu is RAD.  A former casino, it has a huge pool, pingpong, internet, 2 bars, foosball, pool tables, and an all you can eat and drink BBQ for $10!  The customer service sucks, but that's usually what happens in bigger hostels.  The weather is hot in Iguazu, and after losing most of our tans in Patagonia we've decided to stay a couple extra days to relax.
While it was hard to drag ourselves from the pool, we managed to spend a full day at the town's main attraction Iguazu falls.  The falls are often compared to Niagara falls, and are similar in the horseshoe shape, volume, and the fact they both share a border with other countries leading to debates over the best side to visit from Poolside
Poolside
.  The differences would be that Iguazu is spread into many different falls, is twice as high, and has some crazy local wildlife (see pics).  Of Iguazu and Niagara we think the Argentinian and Canadian sides are the best, respectively.  Of the two falls we still pick Niagara.  Niagara is much more focused so it seems more dramatic when watching 1m of water drop over the edge, versus many shallow falls (although we might just be biased patriots...).
That night our RAD hostel had all you can eat BBQ and drink caprihanas for the oh so nice price of $10.  Right before dinner we accidentally deleted all 300 pictures we took of the falls, but Card Recovery software saved our butts and we were able to recover all of them (phew!).  After the BBQ there was some dancers putting on a show.  The funniest part was a nasty trick they played on this poor guy.  The trick goes as such:  Dancer dances with guy as he is faced backwards; they dance back into the lap of another female dancer.  Once there he does some grinding with encouragement from the dancers.  Next step, the dancers switch but without the victim knowing the chair is now occupied with a male dancer.  Once in the male dancers lap the victim assumes it is the other female dancer and continues his grinding...until he finds out he is shaking that thang on top of a man!  Poor guy.
The night continued with some new friends from Boston, Argentina, and Denmark before hitting the hay.
Day three in Iguazu was entirely for us.  Pool, empanadas, movie (Bangkok Dangerous worst movie ever), dinner, pool; It would be pretty easy to spend a couple of weeks here.  The hostel feels more like a Mexican resort, if the resort only allowed guests between 18 and 30.  However, we have a strong feeling Rio is a better place to hangout for the last 2 weeks of our South American adventure...
Our last day was up early to apply for our Brazilian visas ($90 - ouch) then more pool and sunshine.  Life is good!
