Bags are all packed (and weighed, 15kg each which is fine as the Easyjet/FlyBe limit is 20kg each) leaving some room for "expansion" on the return trip home :)

Our holiday itinerary is hopefully along the lines of this:

Fri 16 May. Travel down to Gatwick, round to Heathrow and stay in the Yotel at T4.

Sat 17-20 May. Fly from T5. Arrive San Francisco later afternoon. Doing all the touristy things such as Alcatraz and a pushbike across the Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower, riding the Trams, etc.

Wed 21 - 24 May. Hire Car and drive to Sonoma town for our Sonoma/Napa wine tours. One wine tour planned plus a trip further North to visit the Gallo wineries plus many others.

Sun 25 - 28 May. Drive down to Yosemite National Park. Lots of sightseeing and yomping about up and down mountains (well, big hills!). LOTS of photos and fresh air!

Thurs 29-30 May. Drive to Carmel, have dinner in Clint Eastwoods restaurant and take a drive down Highway 1 and the Big Sur.

Sat 31 May. Santa Cruz

Sun 1 June. San Francisco, last chance for shopping

Mon 2 June Evening flight back to London

Tues 3 June. Arrive Heathrow, round to Gatwick and evening FlyBe flight to Inverness and home.

Wed 4 June. Catch up on sleep!
