We stopped at Cordoba and had our ´´homemade´´ lunch at the Plaza San Martin where the locals made long lines to enter the banks. Cities are not really what we´re looking for, so we continued on...´´born to be wild...´´ still stock in my head through the endless miles of the Argentinean country side. Carlos Paz was recommended for it´s scenery, and sure enough, by early afternoon we made it to a beautiful lake where people run around and boat. We rode around for a while; saw a few small rivers where people were escaping the hot afternoon, and after asking the cost of a camp site, we decided that we were better off camping by the river for free.
We found a dirt road that lead to a nice place where we parked Popo, bathe in the river, and waited until dusk to set up our tent. It was nice to enjoy a full day with no rain, and a place where we didn´t have to pay to camp.
After dark, the area was fairly quiet, and we enjoyed the sounds of the river throughout the nigh...sweet dreams Carlos Paz!
