Hello all!

We are officially one day away from going to Armenia! YAY! We recently found out that Levon (Our Host) will not be with us as we travel throughout the country. He will actually be in the States (I found the to be slightly ironic :) ). This will be interesting for us because he is THE person who has set up all of our concerts throughout Armenia, and now we are going to be dealing with someone that he has hired. Our moto for this whole trip has been "BE FLEXIBLE" and this is just ONE of the many things that is going to require flexibility!

We also recently found out that Levon had purchased a 55 passanger bus! This is actually great news due to the fact that we (the Handbell Choir) and a professional Armenian Choir will be touring together and doing combined concerts. However, to be perfectly honest I am slightly bummed about that. In the past we (the Handbell Choir) have all had to fit into a Bronco and a Quad cab truck. That was about 12 to the Bronco and 6 or 7 to the truck! That was part of the whole experience of Armenia and just the situation created so many GREAT stories. However it will be very nice to chat with the Armenian Choir and get to know them a little bit more.

Well... I am off to finish packing! Thank you all for your prayers and support!

-Michelle Barr (Junior Trombone Performance)
