Still on a high from the sky dive we continued on our journey. We stopped at Tongariro national park to check out one of "the best walks in New Zealand" but unfortunately the weather was awful and there was still a lot of avalanche warnings so we decided to maybe leave it for the way back.
It was a fairly uneventful trip to Wanganui, we just stopped at the Huka falls for a look at the waterfall and then drove on to the very uninteresting town of Wanganui where we parked in a lovely pay and display car park for the night! More thumbnails ...
