Have you tried the traditional dishes in Spain?  Traditional dishes is based on many natural
products such as local meats, fish and vegetables and cooked over into low
flame with the little bit of lemon juice and with the touch of garlic, almonds,
thyme, and tomato. It is a part of Mediterranean gastronomy.



Catalonian kitchen mostly based their dishes on natural
product and fresh seasonal food. All the dishes with influence with
Mediterranean gastronomy are rich in favor and quite healthy. Rice, paella, El
Priorat del Penedes wines, wines from Alella, champaigne, and Catalonian cream
are some typical products of Catalunya. Barcelona are one of the city in Spain
that continue the traditional flavour.In Barcelona, aside from traditional dishes, many
restaurants in the city are served international dishes. They served Asian,
African, Mexican, Argentinian, American, French and Italian. This international
concept of serving food in the city is anchored to the increasing numbers of
tourist arrival every year. Different races has a different taste and the
common thing is how they love the other tradional dishes.
