had quite a small day today in miles, we went to see where the meteor fell into the dessert, rode a giant rabbit.... pictures to follow! and saw the painted dessert. Paul now riding with no helmet and loving it! been very very hot with lovely clear skie, lots of wind today which made for some fun riding on the interstate. arrived in Flagstaff, lovely alpine town with a very different feel from the past few days. Grand canyon tomorrow!!

Gidday peoples. I am sitting here in this cruddy little office reading about your totally exhilerating trip out on the highway. Free and easy with the wind blowing through your hair (Paul put that helmet on!!!) I am envious and am just imagining the thrill that you all must be feeling. Glad you are all together and having a good time.
