Went to the airport in Curacao and wanted to buy a ticket to Aruba from where there are flights to Panama. This turned out to be more difficult than expected, mainly because none of the many airlines who offer those inter-island flights (there are no ferries, flying is the only option) wanted to sell me a one-way ticket without proof that I will be leaving Aruba again. My flight ticket back to Switzerland apparently is of no interest, so my brilliant idea to have this ticket which indirectly proves that I will fly back to my home country turned out not to be such a brilliant idea and didn't help at all.
So I ended up booking the flight to Panama online, took a picture with my camera from the confirmation screen and hoped this would be accepted.
Then I bought one-way to Aruba and flew this half an hour in one of the little planes of which I will probably take some more in the future when I head back to the Caribbean Islands.
Well, arriving in Aruba, customs was not even asking where I would be returning or continuing to... So all this trouble for nothing...
