The highest point in Westmeath woohoo!! We tried out our brand spanking new walking boots today in Mullaghmeen Forest Park - the biggest planted Beech forest in Europe (in case you didn't know). About two hours of forest track that doesn't even bring you to the top of the hill - you have to find your own way up. Not very challenging at 258m but nice views from the top all the same.
