Yesterday it was most exciting here in Warwick. Do you know what was in my drive when I got home? No?
Well - I'll tell you. It was this...

Yes - a brand new big grey bin even with still a long sticker on it saying not to use it yet.

It is from the dustbin men. It is for putting 'waste that cannot be recycled' in. And our green bin will now be for all green waste including kitchen scraps and compost stuff. Hoorah and hooray!

Meanwhile Oonagh+Bernie are still in Fiji and I feel a bit sorry for them as they won't've got back to their beach hut and found a brand new grey bin all ready for them waiting for waste to go in. No they certainly won't. At least when they get home they can have a look at this one...

Also - Frernk has had a bit of a shock when he came upon a bird book in the front room and found out what he is...

Other news is the primulas are out at the front...

And I have bought a thing which tests batteries which was 2.99. It has a gauge and everything!
This means I can check all  the batteries in the house which is almost as exciting as when I need to sharpen all the pencils!!!
I have to go now as I need to check my grey bin and organise my batteries.
