its madness in delhi! arrived 2 days ago at lunch time, the roads are absolute madness! theres no lanes here and everyone weaves in and out. theres just constant beeping cos no one uses their indicators here. this will have to be a quick entry cos we're getting picked up to go jaipur in the next 15 minutes. we've booked a tour for jaipur, ramthambore and agra yesterday. a bit of luxury to ease us in, its all a bit overwhelming at the moment but i think we're coping very well. we've conquered the streets, crossed the road along with the cows, monkeys and successfully ignored all the constant cries from the rickshaw drivers. we've been to connaught place and popped by the bazaars but sent most of our time planning for the next few days so far. also sent an hour or so in a phone shop getting a sim! things work pretty slow here and we'r having to get use to it! meet a nice man called dan from ireland yesterday who arrived in delhi same time as us. he was also buying a sim and we went to dinner afterwards and took us back to our hotel as well. hes going on a tour as well so might see him and his friend again soon.

delhi is crazy and a real eye opener, its so different here and it hard to trust anyone, everyone wants our money. the food has been good so far and touch wood both of us are still healthy, the food hasnt got to us yet! have stuck to a veg diet so far, im following your advice mandeep. yesterday we ate at the hotel restaurant, i had veg. biryani for 55 rupees, about 80p! for dinner we went to a local dhaba, the waiter was really friendly and the food very good, had mutter panner and roti.

thats about all for now, running on a couple hours sleep,i think im still on london time! take care everyone and chat soon xxx
