We got to Rome, and met up with Shawn and Annabell at the Spanish steps after we checked into our hostel (Hotel Des Artistes) and we had a great night. I had some bad news that day so I was bummed out in the later evening and I had an awful nosebleed in the middle of the night but it was otherwise a great day. We got bottles of wine and drank them by the Fontana di Trevi and ate cookies and chips and pizza. We met up with Annabell again the next day, (my birthday) and we met up with Thomas, which was lots of fun. We ran around Rome like crazy, eating plenty of gelato and then we stayed at a hotel with him, (Villa Grazioli Park Hotel) which was beautiful and had a really nice dinner. The next night we stayed at the Yellow hostel which was cool and we met up with Shawn and Annabell again and confirmed that we would all meet the next day and go to Pompei, hopefully to climb Mt Vesuvius.
