ON MY FACE.
Around a week ago, a mysterious bump (not a pimple) appeared adjacent to the left side of my nose. It didn't itch or hurt and appeared like magic overnight. Since I'm not one to get acne, I figured it was a bite or something and would go away in a week or so.
I was wrong.
I continued my normal face wash regimen in hopes that the bump would disappear or dry out, whatever. But no. It stayed. And last night, I did what all desperate acne ridden teenagers would do... I tried to pop it. Mind you, this is no pimple, so by "popping" this thing on my face, I have in fact, made it 50 times worse. There was no pus within. Only blood and a clear sticky mystery liquid. This was probably one of the worst decisions I have made in a long time. The mystery liquid has turned the skin around my bump a sickly black, and what was a moderately sized bump before has turned into a HUGE spot. It's embarrassing, really. I have no idea what to do about it now. Oh, and I have an event to work for SAA tonight. Lovely.
Other than this Dark Mark poisoning my face, I still have a few loose ends to tie up in Jacksonville AND Tallahassee. I need socks, amongst other things. I need to get my hair done so I don't look like an American hobo. Lastly, I need to go to Tallahassee to make sure this bump/bite thing on my face isn't gonna kill me, and to fetch my lovely significant other. Hopefully he isn't repulsed at the sight of me.
Well, my next entry will probably be from an airport of some sort. Hopefully it'll be a bit more interesting than this one.
