This weekend, ISA took us to Calpe.  A city tourists go to for the beach.

The beach in Calpe is a lot more clear and blue, very pretty.  Although I did see dirty look cloth floating around which freaked me out, lol.  But, hey, all beaches are generally a tad dirty at the least.  I think the beach in Calpe is prettier than in Valencia.

Before we got to Calpe, we stopped at a city called La Albufera, it's known for the park there.  We all took a ride on a boat and saw the park.  It's very beautiful, I saw some (I believe) storks.

Next, we stopped at La Cullera and saw the church there.  I took a ride in this little glass pod that went up the hill on a railway, used it instead of the stairs. Take this instead of the stairs!

Then, we arrived in Calpe.  The hotel room I stayed in was beautiful.  The balcony was more like a terrace and had a nice view of the beach. View from balcony

Also, in Calpe we ate a seafood restaurant, I had salmon and the others had paella. Me and shrimp head

On sunday, we went to Gandia, another beach town.  We were suppose to do water sports: sailing, surfing, windsurfing and kayaking.  However, becasue there was a strong rip tide, we couldn't.  It's the law in Gandia.  The guides set up some other games for us, but they were pretty lame.  The only one I participated in entailed us putting cups in our mouths and running to a bucket and filling it with than running back and dumping the cup in another bucket.  Gave me a workout though.  I spent the rest of the hours laying on the beach.

I've attached all the pictures from the weekend.  I didn't realize how many I took.
