We entered Mozambique for 2 days in transit on the way to Zimbabwe. The fisrt thing we did was cross over the Zambezi river, which leads to Victoria Falls where we are going in a few weeks. We passed more crazy rock formations, fields of sunflowers and little villages before reaching our camp which was in the middle of nowhere. There was some excitement with the appearance of a baboon spider (huge and very hairy) about 4 metres from our tents and then 2 scorpions that came to say hello in the morning. We left Mozambique as quickly as we had arrived and headed over to Zimbabwe. I would love to come back to Mozambique and explore a bit more one day, because I don't feel like we got to see that much of the country.
