I have spent the last few days preparing for this trip with David. There are so many things to think about - malaria pills, bank accounts, travel insurance etc and I feel sure I have forgotten something. I have finally packed but my bag is far too heavy and bulging so I am going to have to take it all out and put it back again in a better way. Anyway, I am leaving tomorrow and out flight is early Sunday morning to St Petersburg, so hopefully the next time I write it will be from Russia. How exciting!
