The house was right on the beach. The upstairs was normally let out to holiday makers looking for peace and quiet with the downstairs occupied by the owner's (Tony) best mate. As it was Tony and his mate were off at the Melbourne cup so we had the downstairs to ourselves whilst Tony's son and his girlfriend stayed in the upper level. We spent the day body boarding, walking along the coast and generally relaxing -- it was the weekend after all. Oh, OK, so it wasn't the weekend, nevermind!
