having a great time so far. At the minute i´m waiting to hear if its ok to cross into paraguy cos they´ve closed the border due to some illegal drug smuggling, drugs in south america who would have thought. NYC was excellent, very big and very cold but managed to cram quite a lot into 3 days although i can´t upload any photos cos i didnt bring the driver disc, whoops! last couple of days have been spent at a town called Foz do Iguacu, which me and another guy almost managed to get lost in, but met some hot brazilian girl and she showed us the way back to the campsite so it all worked out ok in the end.Was at the waterfalls yesterday and day before, pretty impressive. Went on a helicopter ride over the falls on monday and then yesterday we went on a 4x4 jungle safari that consisted of looking at trees but no animals. Also went on a boat cruise and went right into the falls so got completely soaked to the bone but was good fun.Today is going to be a long day, if the border re-opens and i really hope it does, we´ll prob have about a 4 hour wait to get through border patrol. we´ve been promised a hotel in Asuncion and i really can´t be arsed putting the tent up again and sleeping in it, so i really hope that the paraguyan authorities decide to let us through, or even just me so i can get to the hotel and sleep in a bed and feel like a human again. Argentina is next on the list, which of course means two things: massive steaks and red wine, can´t wait, in fact i mite just stay there and forget about the rest of the trip. Anyway havent been very good at updating and keeping people informed and the truth is if i didnt have to kill 3 or hours til lunchtime i wouldnt be here now writing this, its only that i´m bored out of my tits. But will try my best to keep in touch with everyone.
