Where I stayed
On the train
Gorgeous scenery to be viewed we watched the sunset over the Gobi desert from a very ornate restaurant car where everybody that we spoke to seemed to get ripped off by the little man in charge. These people who cant get through the day on just a beer or two eh? We spent 6 hours going through customs on both the Mongolian side and the Chinese side which turned out to be quite quick considering our experience on the Russian border, this also included changing the actual wheels on the train, I woke up at one point and our carriage was in a garage jacked up!! I kid you not!
A very rocky and cold sleep, there was no coal put on the fire and we kept feeling that we had been in a train crash!
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO OUR LOVELY MUMS!!!
P.S To Dil, Mr Kim got the US Dollar and got us home safely, so don't fret!
