Some days, you dont want to be a tourist and you do boring things like go shopping for toilet roll, or get some washing done. Other days you are a proper tourist, armed with your Lonely Planet, bottle of water and camera, getting lost and trying to get to all the tourist attractions that everyone else is.

Today has been the latter. I went up the Petronas Towers for 10mins (thats all your allowed) and took many photos of the city skyline. I also went to the Galleri Petronas, a free contemporary art museum in a shopping mall. It wasn't the best, but I had time to kill so it is was ok. I also saw the local Hindu temple was is full of ornate statues of various gods and people who were worshiping, and I walked through the Chinese market which sold everything for Tag watches, to porn, to aftershave, jeans, Zippo lighters, everything! All fake, and all prices negotiable.

I am now planning tomorrows sight seeing and generally taking it easy. Things are more hectic than Sumatra and it is taking longer than usual to re-adjust.
