Staying in Banda Aceh is like a different world. It is the most devotely Muslim area of the most heavily Muslim country in the world. Everyone is Muslim except the obvious NGO's and travellers. The town is like any other in Sumatra and has everything you could need.

I am stocking up on cheap drugs (anti malaria, iodine, etc) before I fly to KL tomorrow. The guys I was travelling with have left for Medan, and then Singapore. I hope they have a great time there, I'm sure they will.

Today I plan to eat well and plan for Malaysia.
