By this time we had all been in very close quarters for a long time and were ready for a day apart. Linda headed to Notre Dame to climb the steeple, I forget what Pearl did, and I used the last day of my Eurail Pass to head to Versailles. Spent the day touring the castle, sadly the gardens were closed for some special event. The castle was crowded but I was able to use the Musee Pass one last time to bypass much of the line.
