Hi Everyone,
Sorry i haven't written an update in a while. I have to much to say now but if I let myself go I'd write a huge essay like entry so I'll try my best to keep this short.
I finally have found a flat here in London. I'm living in Bethnal Green, zone 2. The flat is in East London, about 10 minutes walk from the tube. I'm living in a 3 bedroom flat with 5 other girls (2 girls per room). I've been so busy that I still haven't met all the people that I'm living with. My room mate is an Austrian girl that seems really nice so I think we'll get along just fine. She's a receptionist as well and into all sorts of alternative medicines and such. Maybe she can teach me some yoga since she's planning on becoming an instructor. I just learned that all the girls in my flat speak portugese with the exception of myself. The all speak perfect english so it should be fine. The rent is cheap and that's what's important since everything in London costs and arm and a leg.
I went clubbing for the first time in London on Friday night. Had so much fun. Went to a place called "The End" and stayed out all night. Usually I don't like techno as I find it hard to dance to but this was great. In the morning when I finally got home to put my head to the pillow all I could hear was really really loud ringing. Note to self: bring earplugs next time. I've probably done some damage, but it was worth it.
I went to Birmingham this weekend. I actually stayed with my aunt and uncle in Walsall which is really close to Birmingham, in the suburbs. It was really nice to see some family (I hadn't seen my aunt in nearly 3 years) and it was nice to get "out of the city".
Monday night I went back to the hostel to pick up my last bag and say goodbye to everyone. I'm really glad to be out of there but I do also really miss it.
