I don't really remember much about the 6 days that we spent in Wild Rover, however I know that I had a good time and also know that I didn't manage to do hardly any of the plans that we had (including the death road - the worlds most dangerous road, The Coca Museum, and San Pedro prison)

We arrived on the 23rd to discover that we were in the same dorm as the 2 crazy Australian girls for Mendoza (Foxy and Rose) and from here on we knew that we were in trouble and were going to be in a partying lifestyle. Carl and Vicki (from Mendoza) were also there as well as 26 dorms of other people.

The main social area of the hostel was a bar, which was really well run - i mean they managed to keep us all in there practically every night! There was also a video room with security camera to make sure people didn't steal things, but everyone was always at the bar.

Most of the time was spent playing drinking games, getting drunk from drinking games and going to a terrible club called Blue House.

On Christmas day they put on a 3 course Christmas dinner with wine and again partying after. As we were away from our family and friends from home, it was the only real thing to do.

we managed to break free from the pub on Boxing day and go for a Mexican called La Cueva - the food was extremely good and really cheap.

On the 27th it was Rose's Birthday, so we went to a Vegetarian restaurant which again served good food, this was then followed by visiting 'the 5th best pub in la paz' Olivers Travels. As we walked into the pub, the bar manager met us by telling us we could have given him som F@ŁKing warning, and proceded to act like a dickhead! After a while we warmed to his harsh ways, and when he came over with a pint of some concoction rose tried to grab it saying that it was her birthday. "Oh, It's your Birthday is it" he said as he walked off. The guy then came back with a bottle of vodka and a shot glass and said "you've got 5 minutes!". To be fair to Rose she did about 4 in 2-3 minutes and then did a fifth just before the bottle was taken away. The rest of the evening carried on in the same fashion.
I'm trying to remember some other stories that I can tell, but I can't. Sorry.

If you do want me to tell you about one's that I can't put on here - talk to me personally, the price is 1 beer per story!
