Time to teach Amy a lesson

After scaring ourselves half to death and working out muscles we'd forgot we had white water rafting we decided we deserved a culinary treat.
Chiang Mai is a charming little old walled town, home to over 300 Temples, many Monks, very friendly people and fantastic markets for Mark to follow Amy around for HOURS. It is also the most popular spot in Thailnd to study the art of Thai cooking. We made spring rolls, and ate them, we made Green Thai Curry, and ate it, we made chicken with basil, and ate it, we made Pad Thai, and ate it, we made Papaya Salad, and ate it, we made fried banana, and ate it! There was almost as much learning as there was eating. It was great! Possibly the best money we've spent so far and the bonus for Mark is, now Amy knows how to switch on a stove.
