We didn't spend much time in this quaint little town, but we still loved its charm.  The sidewalks were beautifully laid with red brick and the streets were quite and calm.  The town is on an isthmus between two rivers and has a small hill in the middle that is home to a temple with great views.  The streets are lined with French colonial homes looking a bit like New Orleans and the main street is lined with restaurants and bars serving up all kinds of different cuisines.  We found our favorite little hot spot in a dark corner lit up in red lights called The Hive.  They served some killer pizza and yummy Mexican tacos.  I know, strange combo but it totally works.  Our time here was short, but well worth the stop.  From here it was on to Siem Reap for Angkor Wat and we didn't want to waste any time.
