Our road tripping continued yesterday with a nice sunny ride through Tennessee all the way to Nashville. We were making great time, so we decided to stop at Tennessee's largest flea market. We finally felt like we were in Tennessee when we saw the gaudy jewelry, cowboy hats, mullets, and overalls. We all purchased antique Tennessee whiskey bottles to collect sand in off the west coast. We drove a couple hours after that and reached Nashville safely.
After having a bit to much to drink in Nashville last night (just kidding moms), we had a great nights rest. We were able to explore the quaint little city of Nashville, great for aspiring country musicians. There was live music and karaoke bars lining the streets. We ate at a local place called Broadway Brew house, and Kiersten was the only one able to enjoy the brew house portion. We knew we were not in New Jersey anymore when our waiter pulled up a chair and took our order while having a five minute conversation on the side. Southern hospitality is nice, we have now been promoted to mam's. The food was phenomenal !! After dinner we walked around the city for a little bit. Now if you have been looking for some fashionable cowboy attire, Nashville is the place to be.
Now we are on our way to Oklahoma. We really aren't to sure what is in Oklahoma, but we are guessing cows, cheese, cotton fields, and farms. We just crossed over the Tennessee river, and will report back later on our findings in Oklahoma.
