The pizza is cooked in a brick oven. Well a fake one that is, with what looks like wallpapered brick design on the outside of the oven. However don't let that fool you, this pizza is top-notch. Crust is thin and has a nice crunch. Not too crispy, but a nice happy medium. Of those of us who went out that night, the Paysanne (country inspired) pizza was a big hit. Goat cheese (chevre), lardons, oeuf, and mozzarella cheese make this pizza a surprisingly hit of flavors. The Vegetarian pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, and red peppers also had a nice classic taste. The disappointer: the Provencale. The fresh tomatoes on this pizza do nothing for it.
And if you want to add a little zing to the pizza: there is an oil based, red-pepper sauce on the table. Forewarning, it's very oily, but gives a mild heat to your pizza.
Suggestion: good pizza, extensive pizza menu, good music, overall pretty good.
