'mom & pop' campground

Today we drove to and through the pretty mountain state of Virginia. We had some beautiful views of the dark green rolling Appalachian Mountains from the interstate. We stopped near a small Virginia town called Basset to get a couple of minor warranty jobs done of the 5th wheel, at a place called Econo RV. The guys there were very helpful & friendly. They made us come inside to the cool (air conditioning...lovely) and gave the kids 'sodas' and told us to make ourselves at home. While we were waiting there one of the guys came in to chat - saying "What part of Texas are y'all from?" I had to let him down by telling him we only bought the truck in Texas, we were actually New Zealanders! (our truck has Texas number plates). We weren't there long before we kept travelling to the small 'mom & pop' campground in Axton, VA that we were spending the night at. The lady there was quite taken with Fred's "accent"!
