On day three we sailed through the Fjords. Sea lions would occasionally swim by the boat jumping and playing. We viewed a couple of glaciers. The first one was the Chico glacier. We hopped into the zodiacs and maneuvered our way through chunks of glacial ice that had broken off and floated down the fjord. The glacier was beautiful and blue which occurs from the compression of oxygen and snowpack over time. Hundreds of waterfalls were running into the sea. Our guide leaned over the zodiac and pulled out blocks of glacial ice to give to the bartender to mix with the drinks. It was gorgeous!
