Well today is our last day in San Francisco, we have been here for two weeks.  Definately my favourite place so far.  This morning we caught a bus and finally went and walked over that damn bridge!  It is about 5 kilometres all up (there and back over it again).  Was pretty cool.  Apparently they are forever repainting it and we saw guys painting it as we walked past.  It is kinda sad but there are heaps of these points along the bridge for all the people that commit suicide there.. well points for the future people thinking of committing suicide.  They had phones set up with counselling help, etc.  (see photos).  Apparently one person every 15 days jumps off the bridge.  Apparently they are in the process of putting in safety nets that will catch people when they jump, therefore I guess making them think of other ways or places?  Was a nice walk, perfect weather.

Off to Yosemite tomorrow for 5 nights.  Looking foward to seeing something new and Yosemite was on my must see things of America.  Maybe I have grown some walking muscles that will help in hiking? ha.

Oh.. before I forget.  We were chatting to this Canadian guy in the dining room and he said one of the guys from the hostel called Yogi (yes you can imagine...) was down at the park playing his guitar.  He is an older guy and looks.. well lets just say... the park people came and gave HIM clothes.  When the homeless people start giving you stuff instead of asking for it, you know something is seriously wrong!
