Niall headed back up to have a shot at Cotopaxi, but got turned back by altitude sickness-who would have thought 4000m in one day was too much of an altitude gain? Had a savage view of tungahruha on the way back under the full moon but wasnīt in the best frame of mind to enjoy it, terrified as I was by my taxi driver. If anyone wants to set up a rally team and is stuck for a driver, I suggest they recruit from any taxi rank in Ecuador.

Brenda did laundry today.
