Big day at the Castle

We started walking to the castle. We first went to a church looking for the tomb of King Wenceslas,do you remember the christmas song good king Wenceslas? The church is named St Vitus Cathedral. We also went to a palace were the two governors were thrown out the windows. We saw a room that people jousted in it was a big room. After we left the palace we went to a village inside the palace walls and saw houses and stores and went in an armour store were you could buy armour, and a booth where you could shoot a real cross bow at a target and the trigger was really sensitive.  The guy said "it was really dangerous for kids" but he let me try anyway. I missed every shot. After the booth we went to a toy/marionette store. It had all sorts of toys and puppets, swords, elastic guns and wooden cross bows and stuff like that.

At the Palace, we saw the Rosenburg's home (from Cesky Krumlov) within the palace walls.  A concert was playing in the afternoon.  It was done in the same style as their Palace in Krumlov.
