Hello everyone!
Well this is going to be my last entry while I'm in Haiti. I plan to post all of my pictures online and I will let you all know where you can find them when it is ready.
These last few weeks have been great for me. Last week we had a team in doing a television show on adoptions. I found out about GLA through adoption stories on tv so I was quite excited when I heard they would be filming while I was here. It definetely wasn't what I expected though. The crew was just one camera man and a woman who did the sound. They said it was called non-invasive filming. I dressed up a bit the first day of filming thinking I might get on but I was never filmed so the next day I just wore an old shirt and didn't do my hair or anything and sure enough the camera man fell in love with the baby I was holding and filmed me over and over again throughout the day
Molly left for home also last week and that was really hard on everyone. She has lived here for 3 years and so she had very close friends who were sad to see her leave.
We've had a few new volunteers come recently. They are really nice. Their names are Heidi and Leah. We've all been getting a long great.
Recently I have been given the title of Mommy to a small 6 pound baby girl named Sherline. She is a failure to thrive baby and so I have to be with her 24/7. Last night I had her sleep with me for the first time and I got absolutely zero sleep. I'm pretty tired today so I think I'm leaving her with the nannies tonight. I can totally understand how parents feel when they have a baby now. I was in a room with 6 other girls so I had to jump up with every peep she made so the other's wouldn't wake up.
Well my time here in Haiti has been such a blessing to me. I have experienced the most amazing things that I probably won't have the chance to experience ever again and I am so thankful for the opportunity. I would like to thank you all for your support, encouragment, emails, thoughts and prayers while I have been here. I know that I would not have made it here on my own if it weren't for the strength God gave me through the encouragment and support from all of you. Thank you all for being interested in my work here at God's Littlest Angels and I look forward to seeing you all soon! Lots of Love

Baby Sherline
. I was able to see a boy meet his mom and go home with her and that was so cool. I haven't seen anyone go home since I've been here so that was definitely a highlight.Molly left for home also last week and that was really hard on everyone.
