Yesterday we spent the entire day travelling, we left our accommodation on Roatan just after 6an, by 7am we were on the ferry to La Ceiba and around 10.30am we were on a bus on our way to Tegucigalpa.
The journey took all day long, and when we arrived in the big city we took a taxi to our chosen hostel just before dark - only to find out that it was full!!!

Today we were supposed to be on our way to Nicaragua, but we are exhausted and so today we are as you can see doing internet things and chilling, visiting the cathedral and then having an early night before heading south towards the Nicaraguan border tomorrow morning.
