Stellenbosch is a beautiful colonial style town, where we visited mainly to try a few too many fine wines and forget what they tasted like! And at last eat some cheese...so much of it that it made us feel sick!

The countryside and mountains surrounding the vineyards is stunning, and the winereys really are set in gorgeous gardens, as Stellenbosch is a student city its really vibrant and we ate out and had a few drinks in a really happening pub called Dros in the centre of town.
