My mom and I went to Bryce Canyon National Park.  I can't believe after all these years spent in Utah I'd never been here!  I liked seeing the contrast of the snow against the red sand an unique formations called "hoodoos."  It was much colder than I expected as I had just been to Arches National Park and it was warm there, but the elevation Bryce Canyon is over 8,000 feet, I had no idea! We met this very nice couple from California who loved Utah, I was so happy to hear that.  :)
