Well, two US states and three countries later I finally made it! This Greece trip is part of a tour with EF Tours, but since my flight was all messed up I arrived later than everyone else. Meeting my mom here as well, the reason we were on different flights was because I am going back two months later. I took a cab into Athens, it took almost an hour. I remember just thinking how massive this city is, something around six million people. We actually stayed in a hotel in Piraeus but it's just on the outskirts of Athens. I made it in time to still explore the city a bit, and all of us went out to eat. Our hotel didn't have an elevator so we had to walk up eight floors to our room. It's kinda cool I guess I'm just used to lazy America where everyone takes the elevator up one floor.
