Stayed in a footprint guide book recommended hotel called the hotel victoria, shared a crazy 3 people bed with Simon and Steph. Had the nicest meal of the trip when we went off guide book and our hindi kicked arse when Simon and I managed to read the menu (without any pictures or english in site to lend a hand in any way!!) Thank you Sharda, saved us. It was seriously yummy and the chapati man was wicked, making fresh chapatis next to our table, so glad the auto driver had no clue where the restaurant we originally wanted was, and to finish the night we bought ourselved a gift-wrapped box of chocolated to share! nice
