Alice in Under Water

Underwater in the sense that I finally completed my PADI which was fantastic, chasing the fishies around 18metres below sea level. Also, underwater in the sense that the rainy season is having a bit of a hissy fit and not going to bed when it should. So we've come down to Krabi today from Koh Tao. We got stoned on two sickness pills each and then got back on the catamaran of vomit, which in our chilled out state did truly rock this time. I receommend taking a few to get to work in the morning! The District line would be so much sweeter.
Anyway, we are planning to head across to Koh Phi Phi in a day or two but we might just divert straight to Cambodia because Angkor Wat is calling us, the biggest temple in the world you know.
Otherwise, don't feel too pleased with yourselves that we're being pissed on, we made up for it by going to Lotus Bar with my dive crew and dancing on the beach with the fire twirlers until 5am the other night. The brilliant Nicole (kart wheels like a bat on speed) and Nate from Arizona who completed their PADIs too put everyone to shame. See, not all wet. xx Things have brightened up...not the weather, but we don't care anymore. We met two English girls after checking out of our over-priced shite room last night and they recommended Pasook in Ton Sai, which is the bay around the corner from Reily Bay and much more relaxed. We got a Long Tail boat over and checked in, then spent the afternoon drinking Jasmine tea and 'real' coffee at a shack by the beach. It's beer o'clock soon (we're learning a new way of keeping time - hungry, thirsty, tired - not necessarily in that order) and a rock band is coming to play from Koh Samui so we'll be moshing and crowd surfing, or more likely mud surfing tonight. Krabi, but particularly Ton Sai is known for its rock climbing and kayaaking so there are loads of topless, ripped guys walking around. Susie/Karen you lot would love it! I think I might do the rock climbing course tomorrow.
We're not convinced about going to Phi Phi. The weather is no better there and it's much busier and overpriced according to people who have just come from there. It's changed alot since you were there Jasper. I might head over to do a dive for the day and if I do I'll check it out and report back. xx More thumbnails ...

Do not pass Phi Phi, do not collect £200.
Seriously it's worth looking at Phi Phi, don't bypass it.
Glad you're having a good time.
