Grabe! This travel agent really sucked! Ang labo kausap, and they wouldn't reply to questions. Also, they wouldn't call back. Para bang nagtitipid ng load?! One time we called them at 11AM, and someone answered the phone and said there's noone in yet? Biruin mo yon?! Kaya tuloy di naintindihan ng hubby ko yung ginagawa niyaonline, and instead of booking us at the resort, he booked us pala toa flight to davao. By the time we found out na hindi kami naka-book,it was 3 months before the wedding. We were told fully booked daw ang resort and to wait na lang daw kung may mag back-out. Finally they contacted us and said magbayad na daw kami agad para ma-secureang reservation. And I think they gave us less than 1 wk to pay up.Full payment yun, take note! Surprisingly, when we got to the resort, hindi sila fully booked, considering it was a weekend.In fairness, the resort itself was amazing and the service was great.
