This was our fourth visit to Trancoso. A very close friend of ours sister were getting married there in the same time of our vacations so we stayed for three days in Trancoso for the ceremony and of course the party.

Trancoso has a gorgeous village center named Quadrado with good restaurants and stores. For a cheap option the Portinha restaurant is the best choice. One of the days we had lunch in El Gordo, top end restaurant with a incredible view.

Our hotel, Pousada Etnia, was very good. The owners are very friendly and it seems that you know them for years, even been the first time there.

The wedding ceremony in the small church at Quadrado was beautiful and intimate. And the party after was very good with my DJ friend LQ on the pickups, and good caipirinhas to fuel us through the night.
